The freshly cooked breakfast was available, except for a waffle machine for customers to help themselves. The hotel room was decent-sized with a second nightstand. The outstanding service was just what we needed.

Everything was excellent, my next choice again in Richardson. The place was perfectly clean with patient staff members. The location of the hotel was comfortable, on to one of many hotspots. There was Potbelly Sandwich Works nearby to grab something to eat. The room was perfect with a good bed and a clean bathroom. The service was good and the pool was nice.

The place was pretty clean and the staff was quick and helpful. The king room I stayed in had a nice shower and even enough space for a chair 💫.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Richardson for a week-long training program and had a fantastic experience. The staff was excellent and greeted me with a smile. They were always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel is currently being remodeled, which I loved. The clean and modern entrance made for a great first impression. The front desk person was polite and efficient, checking me in quickly and easily. The room appeared clean and the price was reasonable. The location was convenient, and I enjoyed the dining options within the facility. The cherry on top was the reliable and friendly shuttle service, with patient drivers. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Front desk was nice and solved everything promptly

2 days without replacing shampoo and other empty amnesties, on the 3rd day complained at the front desk... wanted to see how long it lasted. Used the ice bag one night because my tooth hurt and for one week they never put a new one. Facilities are very old and need renovation, too expensive for what they offer.

The room here is modern and has a good amount of space, with an extra nightstand 🌟.

This hotel in the Plano area exceeded my expectations in several ways. Firstly, their attention to detail was impressive. The staff eagerly assisted me, whether it was at the front desk or in the restaurant. Secondly, the rooms on the executive level were cozy and well-maintained, with similar dated furniture. Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options and was inclusive, except for a waffle machine for customers to help themselves.

Clean entrance, efficient front desk, quick check-in, clean room. Good food, excellent service from desk staff. Housekeeping communication could be improved. Beautiful interior and exterior, ideal location. Lovely bar, and food looks appetizing.

Had a good stay for the weekend, glad I've chosen it. The room was really a nice size, comfortable beds. The staff there were amazingly attentive and very amiable! The breakfast was freshly cooked and free with a lot of dishes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facility was attractive and the location was great. It was close enough to Dallas without difficult traffic. We found it easy to explore the area and visit various local restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, solving any issues we had with a big smile.
